TRADE MARKS - GETTING YOUR TRADEMARK REGISTERED |

Please note that the
earliest you can get your trade mark registered is
approximately 7.5 months after filing your application.
After filing the application:
- the Trade Mark Application
must be examined by the Trade Mark Office, and
any objections dealt with by arguments or
amendments,
- It must be published in
the Official Journal of Trade Marks for a three
month period of Opposition, and defended if
necessary, and
- Registration fees must be
paid
